This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) is a public Agreement concluded between the owner of Expert Logistic LLP and the Client in accordance with Article 387 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, is based on the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and their Protection”, is valid in regarding information containing personal data of Clients that the courier service exl.kz (hereinafter referred to as the Courier Service) can receive about Buyers while using the website of the Courier Service.
- Definition of terms
1.1. Personal data – information relating to a certain or determined on the basis of the subject of personal data, recorded on electronic, paper and (or) other tangible media.
1.2. Non-personal data – information that is automatically transmitted during the viewing by the Buyer of advertising blocks and when visiting pages on which the system’s statistical script is installed: the address of the requested page, cookie information, IP address, browser information, referrer (address of the previous page), access time .
1.3. Collection of personal data – actions aimed at obtaining personal data.
1.4. Processing of personal data – actions aimed at the accumulation, storage, modification, addition, use, distribution, depersonalization, blocking and destruction of personal data.
1.5. Protection of personal data – a set of measures, including legal, organizational and technical, carried out for the purposes established by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and their Protection”.

2.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Service Provider to not disclose and ensure the confidentiality of personal data that the Client provides at the request of the Service Provider when registering on the Courier Service website and / or when placing an order for the purchase of goods.
2.2. Personal data authorized for processing under this Privacy Policy is provided by the Client by filling out the registration form on the website of the Courier Service and includes the following information:
2.2.1. surname, name, patronymic (patronymic – optional) of the Client;
2.2.2. contact phone number of the Client;
2.2.3. email address (e-mail);
2.2.4. delivery address of the Goods;
2.2.5. place of residence of the Buyer.
2.3. Any other personal information not specified above (purchase history, browsers and operating systems used, etc.) is also subject to secure storage and non-distribution, except as provided in clause 4.3. and clause 4.4. of this Privacy Policy. - Purposes of collecting and processing personal data of Buyers
3.1. The courier service collects, processes and stores only those personal data that are necessary for the provision of the Services and / or the purchase by the Client of the service from the site.
3.2. The courier service uses personal data of the client for the following purposes:
3.2.1. identification of the client for placing an order and / or concluding a contract for the sale of goods;
3.2.2. processing and receiving payments from the Client;
3.2.3. delivery of goods to the Customer;
3.2.4. providing the Client with effective customer support;
3.2.5. providing the Client with personalized Services;
3.2.6. communication with the Client, including sending notifications, requests and information regarding the use of the Services, the provision of services, as well as the processing of requests and applications from the Client;
3.2.7. improving the quality of the Services, the convenience of their use, the development of new Services and services;
3.2.8. informing the Client about ongoing events and promotions;
3.2.9. conducting statistical and other research based on non-personal data, as well as optimizing advertising messages. - Rights and obligations of the parties
- 4.1. The client is obliged:
- 4.1.1. provide information about personal data necessary to use the online store;
- 4.1.2. change, supplement the information provided in case of detection of incorrect data when using the online store.
- 4.2. The client has the right:
- 4.2.1. to access and edit information about personal data at any time through the web interface provided as part of the services.
- 4.3. The service provider is obliged:
- 4.3.1. use the information received solely for the purposes specified in Section 3 of this Privacy Policy;
- 4.3.2. ensure the storage of confidential information in secret, not to disclose, without the prior written permission of the Client, the transferred personal data, with the exception of the transfer of data in order to fulfill the Buyer’s order (courier services, postal organizations, etc.), as well as to authorized state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- 4.3.3. take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with the procedure usually used to protect such information.
- 4.4. The service provider has the right:
- 4.4.1. provide access for the collection and analysis of non-personal data of Clients to third parties for the purposes of statistics and optimization of advertising messages. The use of non-personal data by third parties is governed by their own privacy policies, and the Online Store is not responsible for their use.
- Other terms
5.1. The use of the site by the Client means his consent to this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the Client’s personal data.
5.2. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the Client must stop using the site.
5.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to the website of the courier service exl.kz. The Courier Service is not responsible for third-party websites to which the Client can follow the links available on the website of the Courier Service.
5.4. The courier service, due to the specifics of the method of obtaining information, does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the Client and does not control their relevance. However, the Service Provider assumes that the Client provides reliable personal data and keeps this data up to date. All responsibility, as well as possible consequences for the provision of false or not up-to-date personal data, is borne by the Service Provider.
5.5. Disabling cookies may result in the inability to access parts of the Courier Service website that require authorization.
5.6. The courier service collects statistics about the IP addresses of its Clients. This information is used to identify and solve technical problems, to control the legality of financial payments.
5.7. The current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the Client and the Service Provider.
5.8. The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally change this Privacy Policy to further improve the security system in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
